By accessing or using our Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of our Services.

The Services are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. Users below 18 years of age are not permitted to register or use the Platform.

2. ABOUT OUR SERVICES

CoversCrafter operates a technology-driven SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) platform designed for automotive dealerships, insurance intermediaries, and related stakeholders across India.

The Platform facilitates access to, management of, and processing of insurance-related services, including but not limited to Roadside Assistance (RSA), Comprehensive Personal Accident (CPA), and Motor Insurance, in compliance with applicable IRDAI guidelines.

If you access the Platform from outside India, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction.

3. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Our Ownership

All software, content, source code, databases, designs, trademarks, logos, images, text, and proprietary technology available on the Platform are owned by or licensed to CoversCrafter.

Your Limited Right to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access and use the Platform solely for lawful business or personal purposes.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reproduce, reverse engineer, sell, or commercially exploit any part of the Platform without our prior written consent.

Any unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in immediate termination of access and potential legal action.

4. USER ACCOUNT AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Certain features of the Platform may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.

You confirm that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. CoversCrafter reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false or misleading information.

5. PAYMENTS AND TRANSACTIONS (Updated)

We support the following payment methods on our Platform:

• UPI (Unified Payments Interface)

All payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR). Prices may be revised at our discretion, and applicable taxes will be added where required by law.

CoversCrafter reserves the right to review, decline, or cancel any transaction that appears incomplete, suspicious, or in violation of our policies.

6. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY (As per your instruction)

If a user is not satisfied with the products or software, the refund will be processed in accordance with the Company's refund policy.

7. PROHIBITED USE OF THE PLATFORM

You agree not to:

• Extract, scrape, or misuse data from the Platform
• Attempt to breach security or manipulate the system
• Use automated bots, scripts, or data mining tools
• Upload malware, spam, or malicious content
• Reverse engineer or copy our software
• Share login credentials or misuse access
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Misuse APIs, reports, or insurer integrations

Violation of these rules may lead to suspension or termination of access.

8. USER CONTENT AND SUBMISSIONS

Any feedback, suggestions, or materials you submit to CoversCrafter may be used by the Company without any obligation to compensate you.

You confirm that any content you provide does not violate third-party rights or applicable laws.

9. ADVERTISING

CoversCrafter may display third-party advertisements on the Platform. We are not responsible for any transactions, disputes, or interactions between users and advertisers.

10. PLATFORM MANAGEMENT

We reserve the right to:

• Monitor user activity
• Remove inappropriate content
• Restrict or suspend access to violators
• Terminate accounts at our discretion

11. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

By using our Services, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data in India.

12. TERMINATION OF ACCESS

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or applicable laws.

13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Downtime may occur due to maintenance, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

CoversCrafter shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience caused due to service interruptions.

14. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.

15. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in New Delhi, India, conducted in English by a panel of three arbitrators.

Certain disputes related to intellectual property or injunctive relief may be exempt from arbitration.

16. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. CoversCrafter does not guarantee error-free or uninterrupted service.

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

CoversCrafter's total liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

18. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold CoversCrafter harmless against any legal claims, damages, or losses arising from your misuse of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

19. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

By using our Platform, you consent to receive electronic communications from us. You agree that electronic records and signatures are legally valid.
